It’s not every day we read poems chiselled in stone. Carving words out of stone is pretty much a thing of the far distant past, written with eternity in mind. The Danish artist Morten Søndergaard works with words, images and space. In the large sculpture hall, B13, he has created a strangely beautiful visual poem consisting of words chiselled in blocks of marble, which are embedded in the floor. In them, you can read sentences about what it is to be human. And just for a moment become part of a thousand years of history.
